Steak & Shake provides a high quality grease that is not easily replaced or substituted. I have managed to increase the time between fixes, but the cycle remains unbroken.

I agree. I last had S&S during GenCon ‘07. It’s mightily convenient, being less than two blocks from the convention center.

Just don’t go to that Steak n Shake for breakfast. I was able to get my spoon to stand up straight in the gravy from their biscuits n gravy it was so old and crusty. They’ll have one waitress for the entire place. You’ll wait two hours for your food and then it will be crap! Head on over to the Red Eye. That place has good food and isn’t as crowded as the Ram.
