I’m going to second the KTNG/Burning Wheel play summaries. Those got me to check out BW, which led me down a path from frustrated grown-up gamer in a sea of grognards to happy grown-up gamer trying to find more indie people!

The RPG podcast listener survey and the stats shows. I am a big stats nerd and really enjoy the shows where you talk about the results of the survey and its reliability, validity, and usefulness.
