Having listened to both episodes, this feels like a trick question.

I’m going to go with my gut and say 187.

But it’s so simple, all I have to do is divine from what I know of David: is he the sort of man who would edit his own podcast one week and not the other?

Now, a clever man would assume that he would edit his own podcast every week because he would know that only a great fool would use what is recorded. The listeners are not great fools so they can clearly not choose that he edited one episode more than the other.

But he must have known that his listeners were not great fools, he would have counted on it, so we can clearly not choose that neither episode is edited very much.

Have I made my decision then? Not remotely!
